Key Ingredients
Sunflower seed oil - Rich in linoleic acid, which is a primary lipid contained in the skin’s barrier. Topical Linoleic acid has been found to have an anti-inflammatory effect on the skin, and can improve acne which has been shown to be deficient in acne prone skin.
Moringa oil - The Moringa tree is also known as the 'Miracle' tree, and the cold pressed oil has been traditionally used as a healing agent on the skin. Moringa oil contains oleic acid which can assist in breaking down surface oily residue and impurities on the skin, as well as Behenic acid which has a soothing effect.
Plant Saponins: Quillaja, Saponaria, Panax Ginseng - act as gentle cleansing agents which provide a real alternative to drying surfactants. The saponins possess anti-inflammatory properties and have a soothing, softening effect on the skin.
Prebiotics (α-glucan oligosaccharide) -This obtained by enzymatic processes from natural sugars (sucrose and maltose) and serves as a medium to support the health of the skins commensal bacteria and enhances natural skin defences.
Xylitylglucoside, Anhydroxylitol and Xylitol – A patented combination of sugars to increase skin hydration and resist moisture loss during cleansing. Xylitol strengthens the skin microbiome while reducing the capacity of negative bacteria to form colonies on the skin.
Aloe vera - This plant belongs in the skin ingredient hall of fame. It is packed full of active compounds such as minerals, vitamins, sugars, and herbal compounds that together make this a powerhouse of nutrients to soothe and strengthen the skin.
Bentonite – A natural smectite clay that has a detoxifying effect on the skin by binding to impurities and pollutants on the skin surface.
How to use
Use twice per day. Apply to dry skin and massage in, remove with tepid water and a soft cloth.
Use cleanser as a leave on mask 2-3 times per week for a beautiful hydrating treatment.
Safe to use around eyes.
