Genus offers free shipping on all orders within Australia.
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post.
All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.
Please allow between 3-5 business days for you parcel to arrive. If you have not received your parcel in this frame time please contact us so that your parcel can be tracked. Delays may be experienced over public holidays and long weekend.
Please make yourself available to receive parcel or to collect it in a timely manner. If the item is returned to us because of the fault of recipient, then reshipping the parcel will be charged accordingly back to the recipient.
Returns and Refunds
We stay committed to you, our valuable customer. We take our promises seriously, and if for whatever reason, our products are not agreeing with your skin we will honour our 30 day money back guarantee. (From the date your goods are received). We understand that your skincare is a big investment for you and know that sometimes products may not suit your skin, and do not want you feeling like you have wasted or lost money on a product that you can’t use.
We are always disappointed and truly sorry if a reaction has occurred as we have spent so much effort in providing you with an outstanding, low allergy potential product. We have endeavoured to provide you with the most hypoallergenic ingredients available but understand that it can be impossible to completely eliminate the incidence of skin reactivity since there is such an individual susceptibility.
We place a high value on your feedback, so we would like you to inform us what your experience was with our products and why you are returning them, so we can work to develop further products to meet your needs.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. We will not be responsible for parcels lost in transit if you choose not to insure.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you that we are processing your refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 72 hours.
